EMBARRASSING!!!!!
Embarrassing!!! That's the only word that totally encompasses our complete failure this past weekend and I, Joey, take complete responsibility for it. You see,
we had a pre-race meeting and when David was telling us the scedule for race day, I didn't protest enough. See, I didn't make enough of an impression on him about how long it takes to run the 4-wheelers. I didn't take into account all of the new trucks and spectators that would be there. Thus making every race longer. I just took for granted after testing the lights on Friday night and Saturday morning that they would work, knowing that they always screw us.
This past weekend was my fault and after talking with David, we both pledge to NEVER have another weekend like the dredded one we just had.
Yes they have!!! That's right, my ears have been ringing
since 3:30pm Saturday. My back hurts from all the eye-darts
thrown at me. News and Gossip is full this week due to our
complete failure. We had everything this past weekend from
having to give all the 4-wheelers their money back, to a fight. This past weekend was a poor performance by the staff of Louisiana Off-Road Race Park, so let's quit prolonging the agony and get started.
